**Safety Advantage:
Your vehicle stays where YOU LEFT IT for approximately half of the length of your trip. If you have an emergency, forget something critical - or simply have a change of heart early in the trip - you can get back to your transportation and possibly remedy your situation. Better than being “dropped off” at your trail head, if you think about it.
