Canyoneering Adventure Day

The EoE Canyoneering Adventure Day is for people who like to have lots of fun in a beautiful setting.  The type of guests who enjoy learning a few new skills in order to see and experience environments that few people ever do.  These tours require a slow and steady approach, with focus on being “smooth” and relaxed when squeezing and sliding down these twisting sandstone canyons.

With basic technical instruction, we teach the guests to see the rope and new techniques as a tool we use to safely explore some of the most unique terrain on Earth.  For example, when the canyon is a little too steep to hike down, we pull out a rope, slowly descend the rope, then continue sliding and playing down the canyon.

It’s simple and its fun, especially once you see the amount of control you have.  By the way, we descend these canyons and then hike back, outside of the canyon.  We are not “climbing a rope”….it is way too much work.  We go down ropes, minimal strength required!  Good listeners do awesome too!!!

Explore. Grow. Be Amazed.
