Your reservation non-refundable and non-transferable, unless canceling 21 days (30 days for courses) prior to your tour date. \u00a0Cancellation within<\/i> 21 days (30 days for courses) of tour date requires full payment of trip. Holiday weeks and weekends require that you cancel 30 days prior to your tour date.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Deposits and full payments may not be credited towards future trips.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\tWhat is the weather cancelation policy?<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tExpand<\/i><\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t

Cancellation due to bad weather is determined day of the trip. All guests must be present at time of determination. If we determine that the weather would make the trip unsafe, and therefore cancel, you will receive a full refund.<\/p>\n

Guests arrive at 7:00AM (May-August) and 7:30AM (April, & September -October). We generally return between 2:00pm-4:30pm, depending on group size, speed of the group and canyon selected.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\tDo you provide food on tours?\u2028<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tExpand<\/i><\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t

Wear your “Play” Clothes: You should wear clothes that will not rip or tear easily, allow flexibility and make sure you’re not too “attached” to them (they will get dirty). In early Spring and Fall, light fleece, light hiking pants, maybe shorts. NO stretchy type leggings or tights.
